1. About Morning Balance
Morning Balance is an educational membership application offering a 14-day breakfast and wellness program and a library of educational guides for adults. These Terms of Use govern your use of the application.
These terms are a draft and take effect only when approved and published with an effective date.
2. Educational purpose — medical disclaimer
Morning Balance is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, activity, medications or diabetes management. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in Morning Balance.
3. Eligibility and your account
Morning Balance is intended for adults. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because your email is how you sign in. You agree to provide an accurate email address and to use the service only for yourself.
4. Passwordless sign-in
Morning Balance uses passwordless sign-in: we send a secure link to your email address, and clicking it signs you in. Anyone with access to your email inbox could use that link, so please keep your email account protected.
5. Membership activation
Morning Balance membership is connected to a separate product, “The One-Meal Blood Sugar Fix”, sold through the independent provider Digistore24. That purchase is processed entirely by Digistore24 under its own terms, prices and policies, which are shown at its checkout.
After an eligible purchase, membership is activated manually: the site owner verifies the purchase and then grants access. Activation is not automatic, and creating an account by itself does not grant membership access.
Cancellations, payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks related to the purchase are handled under the seller's and Digistore24's processes and are reviewed individually by the site owner. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
6. Lifetime access
An activated Morning Balance membership has no scheduled automatic expiration (“lifetime access”). Lifetime access means your membership does not expire on a timer; it remains subject to these terms, the continued availability of the service, applicable law, and authorized manual account decisions (for example suspension for a valid reason).
We do not promise that the service, hosting or every piece of content will be available forever or without interruption. Some educational materials may become available at different times as they complete review.
7. Suspension and restoration
The site owner may temporarily suspend membership access for valid reasons, such as a payment dispute under review or a violation of these terms. Suspension is a manual, reviewed decision — it is not automatic. While suspended, your saved progress is preserved, and you can still view your account and sign out. Access can be restored after review.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your sign-in links or account access with others.
- Copy, redistribute, resell or publicly post Morning Balance content, including any downloaded eBooks or guides.
- Attempt to access another member's account or data, or to bypass access controls.
- Use the service in any unlawful way or in a way that could damage the service or other members.
9. Content ownership and permitted use
All Morning Balance content — including the program, lessons, guides and downloadable materials — belongs to the service operator or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable permission to view and use the content for your own education.
Downloadable materials are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell or share them, in whole or in part.
10. Downloadable materials
Some Library guides may be offered as downloads to active members. Download links are time-limited for security. A guide becomes downloadable only after it has been reviewed and approved; not all guides are available at all times.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Morning Balance available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve or change parts of the service over time.
12. Your personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it. By using Morning Balance you agree to that policy.
13. Customer support

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Morning Balance is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction — to be confirmed with legal review], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of Morning Balance after an update means you accept the updated terms.
