1. Who we are
Morning Balance is an educational membership application for adults interested in breakfast, wellness and healthy daily routines. It is operated by Fabricio Torres, an individual, Rua dos Coqueiros, 35, Edson Queiroz, Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil (“we”, “us”).

2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to create and operate your member account:
- Account information: the email address you use to sign in, and the display name you choose.
- Authentication information: records needed to send you secure sign-in links and keep you signed in. Morning Balance uses passwordless email-link sign-in; we do not store passwords.
- Program progress: the lessons you mark as complete and the dates of completion.
- Membership records: your membership access status, any suspension or restoration of access, lifetime membership entitlements, and a limited order reference manually recorded by the site owner when your membership is activated.
- Administrative records: a history of owner administrative decisions about memberships (for example activation, suspension and restoration), kept for security and accountability.
- Support communications: emails you send to our support address and our replies.
3. What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card numbers or bank details. Purchases related to Morning Balance are processed by a separate provider, Digistore24, under its own privacy policy and terms.
Based on our current implementation, we do not use advertising trackers, advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools, and we do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.
4. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To provide the 14-day program, the Library and your progress tracking.
- To manage your membership access, including activation, suspension and restoration.
- To respond to your support and privacy requests.
- To keep the service secure and keep accurate administrative records.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run Morning Balance. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. [Exact provider data locations and retention practices to be confirmed before publication.]
- Lovable: application hosting and the cloud backend that provides authentication, the database and private file storage.
- Email delivery services: used to send sign-in links to your email address.
- Google (Gmail): receives and stores emails you send to our support address.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, passwordless sign-in, access controls that limit each member to their own data, and private storage for downloadable materials. Administrative actions on memberships are recorded in an audit history.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will review our measures as the service evolves.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your account information, progress and membership records while your account exists. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 8).
Some records may need to be kept for a limited time for legitimate legal, security or accounting reasons — for example administrative audit records. [Specific retention periods to be confirmed with legal review before publication.]
8. Your privacy rights and requests
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account and associated data, or information about how long we keep it.
To make a request, email MorningBalance501@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. To protect you, we verify your identity before acting on a request, and we never delete an account based solely on an unverified message. We cannot delete another person's account.
9. International processing
Morning Balance is intended for customers in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries. [Details to be confirmed with providers before publication.]
10. Children's privacy
Morning Balance is designed for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will update the version on this page and note the effective date. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let members know.
